My site is an ongoing project which begins with a bit about me and my purpose.  My intent is to compile as much information as I can and make it available to you with just a click of your mouse.  My goal is that you will find value here and will return often as I continue to add to and  improve the collection of information sources. Secondarily I will use this opportunity to demonstrate the detailed-nature of my work ethic in hopes that you will see that my attention to detail is one of my strong traits that will make me the best realtor for you.

Ok so you are now ready to get down to business, if you are looking for a home take a look at the House Search Links and select TN and/or MS.  See anything of interest?  If so, it is important that you next get prequalified to buy.  It is important that you are searching for a home in the best price range for you.  Getting prequalified doesn't mean filling out loads of paperwork.  The initial step is to have a brief phone conversation with a mortgage person.  Click on the Mortgage link for more details.
 
Another way to improve your search is to know more about the physical layout of  the area which interests you most, click on Search For It Here (don't miss this one) and then select MapQuest of Memphis.  On this site, you will find links to everything you can imagine from the general layout of this area (including Mississippi and Arkansas) to apartments, to local hotels, and to a wide variety of other subjects of information including the Kelly Blue Book (what does that have to do with houses??
